Questions about a lender, a correction request, or feedback on the site — here's how to reach the editorial team.
Reach the LakeshoreLoansUSA.com editorial team for factual corrections, partnership inquiries, or feedback on review coverage. We do not process loan applications, answer Lakeshore Loans account questions, or make credit decisions — contact the lender directly via the BBB-listed channels for loan-specific support.

This is not a loan servicing contact
We are an independent review site, not Lakeshore Loans. For questions about an existing loan, payment, or application, contact the lender directly using the number on your loan agreement or their official BBB profile — not this page.
Quick message
How long replies take, and what we cover
Factual corrections · within 5 business days
If a page contains an error — a date, a fee figure, a regulatory status, a quote misattribution — send the specific page URL and the correction with sourcing. We treat factual-correction requests as the highest priority and we publish a visible note on the affected page when an error is confirmed. See our methodology page for the full corrections policy.
Partnership inquiries · within 10 business days
For lender partnership, advertising, or affiliate inquiries, response time is slower because each opportunity is reviewed against editorial-independence criteria before any relationship is formed. Partnerships do not affect Trust Gauge scores — see our conflict-of-interest disclosure for the full policy.
Making it easier to help you
For correction requests, the message that gets a useful response fastest includes: the specific page URL (not just the page name), the exact sentence or claim that's incorrect, the correction with source, and the source URL or document we can verify against. For general feedback we read everything but typically don't reply individually — feedback shapes future updates rather than triggering one-off responses.
For media inquiries, please include outlet, publication date, the specific topic, and any deadline. We can speak to general patterns in tribal installment lending and small-dollar credit, but we don't speak for Lakeshore Loans, Giizis LLC, or the Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians.
Where to go instead
Questions about your loan or payment
We are not Lakeshore Loans. We have no access to applications, accounts, or payment records. Contact the lender directly using the phone number listed on their official BBB business profile — see our verification page for how to confirm you're contacting the real lender and not an impersonator.
Reporting a scam or fraud
If someone has contacted you claiming to be Lakeshore Loans and demanded an upfront fee, gift cards, or cryptocurrency to release a loan, that is an advance-fee scam — not the real lender. Report it to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov and to your state attorney general. See complaints for the documented scam patterns currently in circulation.
Disputes with the lender
If you have an unresolved dispute with Lakeshore Loans about pricing, terms, or collection practices, file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the BBB. Tribal lenders have a more limited state-level oversight path than state-licensed lenders — the CFPB is generally the most effective starting point.
Help finding lower-cost alternatives
If your goal is to find cheaper short-term credit before borrowing, see our alternatives page. It walks through credit union PALs, earned-wage-access programs, and cash advance apps in the order that typically offers the best cost-to-speed ratio for most borrowers.
