Privacy Policy
How LakeshoreLoansUSA.com collects, uses, and protects information about visitors to this site.
LakeshoreLoansUSA.com collects limited information through eligibility-check forms (forwarded to lender partners for matching) and standard web analytics. We do not sell personal information, follow CCPA/GDPR opt-out requests where applicable, and use industry-standard SSL encryption for all data in transit.
1. Introduction
LakeshoreLoansUSA.com ("we", "us", "our") operates this website as an editorial review and lead-generation service covering Lakeshore Loans and comparable short-term installment lenders. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect from visitors, how we use it, and the choices you have about that information.
By using this site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or submit the application form.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide directly
When you complete the eligibility-check form on this site, you may provide personal information including:
- Name, date of birth, and contact details (email address, phone number, mailing address)
- Social Security Number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number
- Employment status, income, and pay frequency
- Bank account information used for loan disbursement and repayment
- Other information required by lenders in our partner network to evaluate eligibility
This information is collected and transmitted by APIdiamond.com, the form provider that powers our application widget, and is forwarded to lenders in their partner network.
2.2 Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics 4 and standard server logs to collect:
- IP address (anonymized where required by law)
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages viewed, time spent, referring URL, and click paths
- Approximate geographic location based on IP
2.3 Cookies
This site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies for analytics, session continuity, and conversion measurement. Cookie categories used include strictly necessary, performance/analytics, and advertising attribution. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect site functionality but will not prevent you from reading editorial content.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To process eligibility checks: Application form data is forwarded to lenders in our partner network so they can determine whether you may qualify for a loan.
- To improve the site: Aggregated analytics help us understand which review content is useful and where users encounter difficulty.
- To prevent fraud and abuse: Server logs may be reviewed when we detect suspicious activity.
- To comply with legal obligations: We may retain or disclose information if required by law, court order, or regulatory request.
4. Sharing With Third Parties
4.1 Lender partner network (via APIdiamond)
When you submit the eligibility form, your information is transmitted to APIdiamond.com (our lead-generation partner, advertiser ID 16727) and forwarded to lenders that match the eligibility criteria you submitted. These lenders may contact you by phone, email, or text message regarding loan offers. We do not directly control how each lender stores, uses, or further shares your data after it leaves our network; each lender operates under its own privacy policy.
4.2 Analytics and operations providers
We share limited technical data with service providers that help us operate the site, including Google Analytics 4 (web analytics) and our hosting provider. These vendors process data only on our behalf and may not use it for their own marketing purposes.
4.3 We do not sell editorial-reader data
Information collected from visitors who only read editorial content — without submitting the application form — is used only for the analytics purposes described above and is not sold or transferred to lenders.

6. Children's Privacy
This site is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through this site, please contact us so we can delete the record.
7. Data Security
Application form data is transmitted to APIdiamond.com over TLS (HTTPS) using industry-standard encryption. Once received by APIdiamond and the lender partner network, data is held under their respective security practices. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of any data you submit.
8. Data Retention
Server logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and operational review.
